1. Nature of the Service
Moheet Corpus is a research connector built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP) that lets your AI assistant perform semantic search and knowledge exploration across a digital corpus of Ahlulbayt Library publications: hadith, jurisprudence, Qur’anic exegesis, theology, biographical evaluation (rijal), and more. The service is research reading only: it returns corpus texts documented by book, volume, and page, with the editors’ footnotes in their original positions. It does not compose texts, exercise juristic reasoning, or issue religious rulings. Results are indicative research aids; recourse to the critically edited printed editions remains the standard for rigorous scholarly verification, and questions of religious obligation belong to the jurists and their offices, not to this service.
2. Sources and Documentation
Texts are drawn from the authenticated digital editions of Ahlulbayt Library publications with their original markup (pages, footnotes, headings, book identity card), and are returned as they are, with their documentation. Where no documented text exists in the corpus, the tools state so explicitly and invent no substitute.
3. Access and Account
Access is by Google sign-in following a request via the access-request form. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access upon violation of these terms or misuse.
4. Usage Limits
- The service is for research, scholarly, and educational purposes.
- Mass automated extraction of the corpus, republication as a database, and resale of access are prohibited.
- Any use that violates the law, infringes the rights of others, or disrespects the dignity of religious texts is prohibited.
- Fair rate limits apply to preserve service quality for all.
5. Intellectual Property
The heritage texts belong to their authors, editors, and publishers; the digital markup and indexing to their owners. The service is a means of search, retrieval, and documentation, and claims no ownership of the heritage content.
6. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. Despite our care for accuracy of transmission and documentation, we accept no liability for any decision taken on the basis of a search result without verification against the printed source, nor for interruption, modification, or discontinuation of the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
